and a shared kichen, floor and bathroom. One room is kinda big (27 m2) and very sunny, the other room is also cozy but a bit less sunny and a lot smaller (but also not too small, 12-13 m2). There's a piano in the big room that you could use and lots of books that you could read if interested (mostly in German, some in English).
I think I would like to rent out the small room at this point but there's also the possibility of me leaving berlin in the winter for a while and subletting the big room. The big room would be around 730/ month.
For the start I think a probe-Zeitraum/ trial period of 3 month would be good. In that period we should see if we're a good fit, if yes you could stay longer. If you stay longer than 3 months the rent
