liegt im Erdgeschoss und grenzt direkt an einen sehr ruhigen und extrem gemütlichen Hinterhof an, den wir mit lieben Nachbarn ( 2 Familien und ein Pärchen) teilen. Auf diesem kann man die Abende wunderbar ausklingen lassen, Tischtennis spielen oder, wenn auch beschränkt, ein wenig gärtnern.
Die Wohnung selbst besteht aus einer großen Wohnküche, einem Gäste-/ Arbeitszimmer und einem Schlafzimmer. Sie hat zwei Bäder mit jeweils einem Wannen- und einem Duschbad. Außerdem gehört zu der Wohnung noch ein geräumiges Kellerabteil.
